Pomeroy Trophy Race

The ‘Pom’ is a unique VSCC event, as modern and Pre-war cars compete for the same awards at the historic motoring venue of Silverstone. This event is made up of a number of tests, designed to test the speed, agility and braking abilities of the participating cars. Along with the driving challenges the regulations also insist that competitors drive their cars to the circuit, and that there is suitable luggage capacity to store two ‘VSCC standard size’ suitcases! As usual, the morning will consist of the handling tests, with the afternoon seeing the field separated into groups for the final test of the event – the High Speed Trial. Competitors will require a MSA RACE License to be able to participate in this event.
